Each set includes 2x laces and 2x locks (optional) to turn them into no-tie laces.
To convert
1. Lace up your shoes, adjust to the perfect tension with your foot in the shoe (with socks).
2. Cut off excess laces and burn the tail of the shoelace with a lighter (adults to do only).
3. Fold the tail of the laces in half and insert buckle and tightly screw them in place, repeat on the other side.
4. Walk around a bit to see if they're too loose or too tight and then trim off the extra laces, join the buckle lock together.
