NDIS

I can support people who are participating in NDIS in the following ways:

  • If you are self-managed you can submit the invoice to NDIS for reimbursement. To make this easy, please supply an email address when creating your order so you automatically receive a tax invoice.
  • If you are plan-managed, you can place your order online and choose "alternative payment methods" at checkout, then choose payment by bank deposit. This will create your order, holding your items for you and send you a downloadable PDF invoice via email. Simply forward that to the person responsible for payment. Your order will then be sent as soon as payment has been received and you will receive tracking info via email. Please include the participants name and NDIS number in the notes section so I know that it is an order to be paid by a plan manager. Once payment has been made, your items will be sent.
  • If you would like to collect your order when it is ready or are having any issues, please contact me via email or Facebook.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that your NDIS plan has an allocation that corresponds to the items you are ordering.

Unfortunately I cannot support NDIS participants who are NDIS-managed with reimbursements at this time.
