The vest should be worn for 20-30 minutes at a time during times when needing to calm and focus their attention.
Use at home or school, the vest could be used for mealtimes or before times the child feels anxious or unsettled. The vest can be used to prepare for activities eg. when required to sit and focus, homework, sitting for meal times, when shopping or going out and about.
